Death records are available from July 1909 to present. Death records may be accessed by immediate family members, lawyers representing the immediate family, or anyone requiring a certificate to pay a policy or death benefit on the decedent.

Death records for an event which occurred at least 50 years ago may be accessed by any interested party.

Vital records from the Wyoming Department of Health can be obtained by writtenl request. An online application form is available to be viewed and downloaded by interested parties.
